The Artist
Marc Suárez is a Spanish luxury pastry chef and cake designer based in Paris and Barcelona. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, he works creating luxury cakes for high end clients and teaching worldwide.
His work has been placed at venues as the Four Seasons Hotel George V, the Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte, the Rodin Museum, the Beauvallon Hotel in Saint-Tropez, the Chateau de Ferrières and the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild in Nice.
Due to his vast experience in the pastry industry, Marc Suárez is the ambassador for the prestigious British sugarcraft brand Squires Kitchen and is also the head teacher of creative pastry making and sugarcraft at the Barcelona Confectioners’ Guild.
Marc’s work has been recognized by winning several international awards, such as Cake Masters 2019 for the best sculpting pastry chef in the world, gold medals at Cake International in Birmingham and a second prize at the SoFlo Cake and Candy Expo in Miami, among others.
